12 String Guitar Solos

12 String Guitar Solos

I need an easy, but cool for the blues solo guitar, any suggestions?

I just need a pattern that can only involve the next fret of the guitar: Open, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12. You must include each of the dishes at least once, without order or the amount of strumming is permitted. This is a single player, while another plays rhythm guitar blues (6th string, and again 4-4-2-2). So I need a solo blues scale involved for which he wrote in the first line, any suggestions? He just does not have to be long, three different patterns should be enough at least.

It sounds like your description the E blues pentatonic scale pentatonic scale google blues in E. its easy and very simple pattern. you can almost play any of the notes in any order and sounds good.

Guitar: How To Shred

Lots of people want to learn how to shred the guitar, but it's really intimidating when you hear stories of famous players who practiced for 8, 10 and 12+ hours every day! Here is one simple exercise that can increase your picking, fretting and legato speed drastically with just 20 minutes of daily practice.

Place your first finger on the 1st fret of the E string. Play that note, then play the 2nd fret of the E string with your 2nd finger. Now play the 3rd fret of the E string with your 3rd finger, followed by the 4th fret of the E string with your 4th finger. See the pattern? Now shift up to the A string and repeat. Then move the shape across the remaining strings. Descend back to the low E string by playing the 4th fret, followed by the 3rd fret and then the 2nd and 1st frets.

Get your metronome out and set it to 60 beats per minute. Play two notes per click. Then play 8th note triplets or 3 notes per click. Practice 4 notes per click (16th notes) too.

Gradually increase the tempo until you find the limit of your guitar technique. Practice at this tempo for 5 minutes, then work your way down to a slower tempo. Repeat this simple exercise for 20 minutes each day and you'll notice that you can play faster and cleaner.

If you really want to learn how to shred the guitar, you'll also want to practice your legato. So take this same exercise and play it with hammer ons and pull offs -- no picking at all! For more exercises and ideas on Guitar: how to shred, check out this link.
